Our site specific feasibility studies include thorough code research, investigation of site characteristics and available services, and preliminary design and cost estimates to determine the project's profit potential. Once a direction for the project has been approved, our land use planners work hand-in-hand with our engineers and other consultants in processing land use applications through jurisdictions to obtain necessary entitlements. Our land use planners, who have experience as jurisdictional employees, maintain positive relationships with jurisdictions, which plays an important role in the application review and approval process.
Our engineers employ innovative techniques to efficiently facilitate the approval and construction of our developments. We constantly strive to perfect our engineering documents to streamline the various approval and construction processes. Our engineers work hand-in-hand with our planners and golf course designers to ensure project objectives are met in a timely and effective manner. Our designers have constant dialogue with the contractors to discover ways to improve the practicality of our design and construction drawings.
Our landscape designers provide plans for streetscapes, parks, entry features, water features, etc. to add value to our communities through blending development with nature. LanPacific teamed with Construction Mapping Team in 2007 to provide a wider range of services and experience. Land surveying services include topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, mortgage loan inspections, flood plain certifications, and construction staking services.
LanPacific's construction management services include pre-bid meetings, bidding consultation, pre-construction meetings, and construction site inspections.
